All information that is set forth in the iViewXT system (the 'System') is the confidential and proprietary information of RR Donnelley ('RRD') or any subsidiary or affiliate of RR Donnelley (collectively hereinafter referred to as 'RRD'), or the customers or suppliers of RRD. All such information is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and other countries and the laws of the United States and other countries that pertain to trade secrets and other intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized copying, displaying, disclosure, or use of any information that is part of the System is a violation of such laws. Any and all internal use of the System or any information that is set forth in the System by any employee of RRD is governed by the terms of the applicable Electronic Communication Policy or similar policy (collectively hereinafter referred to as the 'ECP'), regardless of whether any particular employee has signed a copy of a ECP. Improper use of the System or improper disclosure or use of any information that is contained in the System is grounds for disciplinary action under the terms of the applicable ECP, up to and including termination of employment, as appropriate under the circumstances. Any and all use of the System or any information that is set forth in the System by any employee, representative, or agent of a customer or supplier of RRD (a 'User') shall be governed by the following terms.

(A) Each User shall gain access only to those parts of the System and information to which the User has been granted permission to gain access, even if other portions of the System or information become accessible through the portions to which access is authorized.

(B) Each User shall not disclose, display, or use any information that is the property of RRD or any customer or supplier of RRD or other than the customer or supplier with which the User is affiliated.

(C) Each User agrees that the User will not resell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise convert any part of the software that is a part of the System.

(D) RRD DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKES ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY, USE, TIMELINESS, SECURITY, VALIDITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF THE INFORMATION THAT IS SET FORTH IN THE SYSTEM OR ANY OTHER WEB SITE THAT IS LINKED TO OR FROM THE SYSTEM. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SYSTEM IS DONE AT USER'S OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND USER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO USER'S COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL OR USE OF THE SYSTEM. THE INFORMATION THAT IS SET FORTH IN THE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND ON AN 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, RRD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS. ANY MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF THIS SECTION (D) MUST BE IN WRITING AND A MADE PART OF A SEPARATE CONTRACT BETWEEN RRD AND THE PARTICULAR CUSTOMER OR SUPPLIER TO WHICH SUCH MODIFIED TERMS APPLY.

(E) RRD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SYSTEM, ITS CONTENT, OR LINKS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES CAUSED BY OR RELATED TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DEFECTS, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, LINE FAILURE, AND ALL OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES EVEN IF RRD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ANY MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF THIS SECTION (E) MUST BE IN WRITING AND A MADE PART OF A SEPARATE CONTRACT BETWEEN RRD AND THE PARTICULAR CUSTOMER OR SUPPLIER TO WHICH SUCH MODIFIED TERMS APPLY.

By your use of the System, you, as an internal user or User, agree to the terms that are set forth above.
